The hotel had a private beach with rocks. This was acceptable.
wifi was only available in the lobby, so i couldn't connect from my room. check-in was disorganized and took a very long time. tour packages were offered at double the normal costs

i found the staff first-rate at the hotel. maged at reception created a cute atmosphere through a very professional manner. mahmoud from housekeeping did a wonderful job and cared for me greatly. the cuisine in both the restaurant and a la carte options had a very good standard, with plentiful choices and a themed selection daily.
I discovered that the wi-fi connection was non-existent in the rooms. This service was only accessible within the lobby.

the staff was very nice and the beach was great and clean with some nice places to snorkel.
The wifi connection was not available in the rooms. It was only available in the lobby. check-in took a lot of time and seemed unorganised. everything was offered for double the cost, from taxi service to tour packages.
